On March 19 & 20, We will have a Fitness Assessment for our Strength & Conditioning Program.
The Assessment includes:
*Time it takes to run 4 laps around the building.
*Number of crunches (Air Force sit ups)you can do in 2 minutes.
*Number of pushups you can do in 2 minutes.
*Number of pull-ups you can do in 2 minutes. Can not do a pull up? No problem. Let’s see how long you can hang!
Your weight will also be recorded. You do not have to be in shape to do this at all! The point of this is to see where you are and set a goal in the following months assessment.
The fitness assessment is similar to a military PT test. Level Up welcomes those individuals that train hard several days a week and takes this fitness assessment event as a personal challenge. Fight Camp classes are designed to help you max the fitness assessment and we will focus on exercises and a training regimen that will aid in building total body strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.
