What exactly does a Personal Trainer do?
At Level Up, our personal trainers will serve as a coach, teacher, and motivator. We offer Personal Training for weight loss, strength and conditioning, and boxing.
It is the personal trainer’s job to assess your current physical state, establish very specific goals based around what you want to work on, design an individualized program, and do whatever it takes to keep you on track towards getting results.
Your trainer will demonstrate proper form and technique and explain to you the fundamentals behind the specific training that you are focusing on. Although high intensity training is the ultimate goal, you can expect to take it easy for the first couple of sessions to allow your body to adjust to the new style of training.
Is there an age requirement?
We offer personal training for students as young as 7 years old and as old as 107 years young.
Will I work with the same Personal Trainer every time? How long are the sessions?
Yes, you will work with the same trainer for every session. We will find a trainer who is available during the times and days that work best with your schedule. We offer 45-minute sessions. We offer one session for $45 or 6 sessions for $240.
How may I book sessions?
Sessions are booked using Zen Planner on Member Connect or with a Front Desk associate at Level Up.
What if I am a Personal Trainer interested in using your facility to train my clients?
