What is Fight Camp?

Fight Camp is a boot camp-style workout program that combines strength training, cardio, body-weight exercises, and interval training that will increase your overall athletic performance while shredding body fat and toning up your body. We specialize in functional movements where exercises could include resistance bands, medicine balls, weighted sleds, and tires.

Fight Camp is designed and led by professional athletes and personal trainers using fighter-style workouts that are as FUN as they are EFFECTIVE.

Will this program help me for Basketball, Baseball, Lacrosse, Tennis, Wrestling, Etc?

Absolutely!

Our Fight Camp program was designed for Student, Amateur, and Professional Athletes in mind. When you start the program, simply let your instructors know your individual goals and they will customize the workouts to help you achieve them. Need to increase your vertical? No problem! Want to cut your sprint time? Done! Need to Level Up your agility? We’ll make it happen!

Is this group training?

We like to describe our Fight Camp Classes as a Personal Training experience in a group setting. The team atmosphere of our Fight Camp classes are designed so students can encourage and motivate each other. While we all may be looking for different results, we all have one goal: get in a great workout and push past our limits. By working together, we know you will conquer every limit you have.

Do I need to be in shape to do class?

Absolutely not! All of our classes are designed to accommodate students who are fresh-off-the-couch AND professional level athletes. Our trainers will customize the workouts based on your skill / fitness level. Whether you can barely do 1 pushup or you can do 100, you can jump right into class and get a great workout.

Will the Trainer’s push me?

Yes! We have a saying here; get in where you fit in. Our trainers will push you to do YOUR best. You will NEVER be asked to do something that could injure you but our trainers do expect you to come in ready to work.

What if I have an injury?

All of our trainers are experienced working around injuries. Just make sure you are very clear about your injury BEFORE the class starts to make sure a trainer knows what exercises you can and cannot do.
