Are there Additional Costs?

If you are going to be taking your new favorite sport seriously, you are going to have to think about some of the gear you are going to need. From protective gear and equipment to your clothes, there is a lot to think about. Gear and training equipment will require additional costs. Level Up will supply most of the equipment for you, like focus mitts and Thai pads for class.

What do I need for Boxing Class?

  • Boxing Gloves – 16 ounces
  • Hand Wraps – 180 inches Mexican Style
  • Body Armour – Head Gear (for Advanced Class) and Mouth Guard

What do I need for Kickboxing and Muay Thai Class?

  • Boxing Gloves – 16 ounces
  • Hand Wraps – 180 inches Mexican Style
  • Body Armour – Shin Guards, Mouth Guard,  Elbow Pads (for Advanced Class)

Below is a break down of gear requirements for each striking class:

  • Intro to Boxing and Muay Thai/Kickboxing Classes – Boxing Gloves and Hand Wraps
  • Intermediate Boxing Class – Boxing Gloves and Hand Wraps
  • Advanced Striking for Boxing – Boxing Gloves, Hand Wraps, Mouthpiece, Head Gear and Groin Protector (optional for males)
  • Intermediate Muay Thai Class – Boxing Gloves, Hand Wraps, Mouthpiece, Shin Guards
  • Advanced Striking for Muay Thai – Boxing Gloves, Hand Wraps, Mouthpiece, Shin Guards, Head Gear (optional), Elbow Pads
  • Youth Striking – Boxing Gloves and Hand Wraps

Can I Change Plans or Cancel at any time?

You may upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. For memberships of greater value, payment for the difference will need to be received before the upgrade is processed. Downgrades must be made 7 business days before next billing date. No refund inquiry will be accepted if a downgrade request is made after the billing date. To accomplish this, members must make the changes with a Front Desk associate and complete the required forms.

Cancellation requests can not be accepted over the phone. To cancel, a Cancellation Form must be completed and submitted to a Front Desk associate.

What about Refunds?

All refunds are to be submitted via the Refund Request Form. To obtain a refund, a Refund Request Form must be completed and submitted to a Front Desk associate.

Can I place a Hold/Membership Freeze?

Members may Freeze or place a Hold on their membership for 1 to 3 months. To place a membership Hold/Freeze, a Hold Form must be completed and submitted to a Front Desk associate. Hold requests can not be accepted over the phone. Holds/Freeze are not applicable to 1-Week or 4-Week Trial Memberships.
