How it works

Register for the event using your Zen Planner App, by visiting this link, or sending us an email at frontdesk@levelupgym.com.

Once you have signed up, check out the information below for step-by-step instructions on how to get the most out of your experience.

Step 1: Join the Private Facebook Group

Join the private Facebook group.

You will need a Level Up membership in good standing to gain entry to the group. Please allow 24-48 hours for group admins to add you in to the Facebook group.

Step 2: Log Your Miles

Begin logging your miles on Day 1 of the challenge. Please do not count any miles completed before the start date. You may count any INTENTIONAL miles for this challenge, whether it is walking, running, biking, swimming, etc. This is a challenge! Get out there and get those extra miles in! Keep track of your distance on any fitness device or smart phone app. If desired, you can log your miles manually at your convenience on Zen Planner. This will allow you to keep track of your overall progress.

This challenge is flexible. You can run, walk, bike, swim, row, or crawl the miles. But the miles must be intentional. In other words, this requires extra effort outside of your normal daily routine. We ask that you don’t count daily steps at work or doing routine activities as this is designed to get you moving more than you normally would. Ultimately the decision on what and how to log is up to based on your goals and abilities.

We work on the honor system and know that you will hold yourself accountable.

PRINTABLE TRACKERS. If you prefer a convenient, non-technical way to keep track of your challenge completion, we have that too.  You can find the printable tracker here.
